We unpacked the tree when it arrived, to check it out, including the lights. We were surprised at how heavy each section was as we assembled it. We managed with it fine, for now, but can see how it might be difficult for someone older or less strong. Now we understand why the flip tree is more expensive. We tried storing the sections in the two bags in our closet, except it took up too much space, so we stored the tree in the two boxes. It does look very good and realistic, and we will see how it works with ornaments next Christmas.

Purchased during the Christmas in July sale. I wasn't going to set it up until Christmas but thought I should check it out in case there was an issue. Very easy set up and it was very easy to connect to my phone via wi-fi. I went crazy when I saw all the beautiful designs I can have the tree do. I am so glad it comes with a storage bag because there is no way I could ever get it back in the box packed as it arrived. I was worried about some bare spots at first but when you lift all the branches and arrange, it fills them right up. I would recommend this tree for purchase and I can't wait to decorate it. It's beautiful.

This gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not made aware from description that the inner part of the branches are not "most realistic" like the outer parts, so I will still end up with needle debris in the floor, eventually. Knowing that I would have maybe saved some money and bought a less expensive tree. Or not, because in the end it's still beautiful and lush.

My husband and I have always purchased real trees! Year after year we wish we could enjoy our tree longer. We went out of our comfort zone and decided to try a fake tree. This tree is stunning and the needles feel strong!! I would recommend this tree. I don't know if I would recommend it at full price but at half off we are so happy with it! Our favorite light setting it the colored with white. Just breath taking. The lights are very bright! The most lights I have ever seen on an artificial tree.

I am impressed with the quality of the tree and the accessories that came with it. The tree is beautiful and I am looking forward to setting it up and decorating next holiday season. (I bought it on the after-Christmas sale and just set it up briefly when it arrived.) The instructions were excellent and it is fantastic that the accessories/spare parts are included. The storage bag is well made and it is easy to get the tree into it and move it with handles on the sides and on the ends. I ordered by phone and the customer service rep was helpful and friendly. I look forward to having this tree for many years.

This tree is beautiful and I love it. I put it together to make sure all the lights were working and everything looked good. The bummer is trying to pack it back up. I honestly don't know how they got it in the box, much less the provided bag. My back hurts from trying to squeeze it back in. It was only up for half a day and I didn't even fluff it. The storage bag needs to be bigger, no question about it. The tree is beautiful and I would order it again. I'm going to look for a bigger storage bag, though.

My first artificial tree after 35+ years of live trees. I struggled a bit getting all the branches apart and in the right spots. I didn't want to see the pole or holes. I finally got it together and I'm happy with the purchase. I regret not getting the pre-lit. I loved not having to clean up needles all throughout the house and it was very easy to put away.

I have wanted one of these trees since I saw one in a dept. store window and thought it was real .I am certainly not disappointed. We have had our artificial tree for 35 years and it was expensive and still looks good but it is big, you put each branch on and we are older...enough said. The shipping was exceptional and speedy. I had some questions and the customer service rep was knowledgeable and a delight, I believe her name was Lisa. I actually recommended you to a friend who got hers before me. Thank you.
