We purchased the Stratford Spruce Tree and love it! We were really drawn to the easy assembly and the quality workmanship. As soon as we received the tree, we put it together and it was a snap! The instructions were easy to follow, and we had everything we needed to quickly get the job done. Unfortunately, a portion of the lights in the middle section didn't work. We called Customer Service ON A SATURDAY and someone answered the phone! The representative helped us trouble shoot the problem. When we were not able to easily resolve the issue, she immediately ordered a replacement section for us. It arrived a few days ago and now everything is perfect. We were so very happy with both the tree and the customer service. We know we made the right choice and can't wait to put the tree up in December.

I received the tree and promptly set it up to make sure everything worked. Very easy set up, well made and absolutely beautiful! The storage bag and support bag which included extra bulbs, fuses and even gloves to wear during set up was an added bonus. Wonderful product. Can't wait to see it decorated for Christmas

This was the first time purchasing a Balsam Hill Tree. We put it together just to make sure the lights worked, even without fluffing the branches we knew we made the right purchase for us. Packaging was perfect, a little bag with all the accessories which means not losing anything, Yay! Fits perfectly in the bag that comes with it, we actually fit our skinny tree in it. From ordering to delivery we have no complaints.

I'm very happy with my purchase. If I had a bigger house I'd buy another. The quality of the most realistic trees is great. The lights are placed generously at all the right places. Shipping is quite fast. Thank you

The tree is beautiful and just as described. The multi color lights function is great! It's like having 3 trees in one!! The branches are very full and real looking. Definitely recommend this tree !!

I wish we would've done this years ago!! I was not looking forward to having a "plastic" tree, but knew that Balsam Hill had a reputation of having gorgeous trees and we were not disappointed. It is so easy to put together and you see first hand how well made the construction is on the frame. And they provide you with links to tutorials, that I highly encourage, that are extremely helpful. We were delighted with the size as it perfect in the small area we had in the living room. Such a nice relief to know that if you forget to turn the lights off, it won't start a fire! Also no pine needles to deal with or remembering to water the tree! Ours is a gorgeous tree and it is one we will enjoy for years to come. Thank you Balsam Hill for our beautiful, very lifelike tree!!

This is our second Christmas Tree we purchased from Balsam Hill and it is beautiful...the quality is excellent, it is easy to assemble and the pricing was very good. Before I purchased this tree, I did some comparing of pricing...this tree has more lights, more branches, more realistic looking at a better price. I will have two beautiful Balsam Hill Christmas Trees in my home this holiday season.
