    This is my second Balsam Hill tree and I'm more in love with this one than my last. I love full, fat trees and this did not disappoint. I put it up when it arrived to make sure everything worked-and it does. Only wish it was closer to Christmas so I could leave it up!

    Bh Balsam Fir nine foot; the 9 foot is in 4 sections plus a separate base which the lower section sits in; the easy plug does work; the biggest sections have hinged branches that fold down; the top section has bendable branches that bend down; looks very full straight out of the box with lights, better with fluffing; the 9 foot is truly 9 foot with base; 1 foot left in my 10 feet ceiling room

    The tree is beautiful! I never thought I'd get a tree that wasn't real' but you can't tell with this one! It's very full, brabnches are so real looking and plentiful and tree was very easy to put up! I hate taking my tree down in the dark winter but now I can leave it up longer….

    We didn't want an artificial tree, but are less able to cut our own as the years go by. This tree was the most realistic artificial tree that I could find.

    I opened the box and was worried. It looked so fake to me. My entire family had concerns. I almost sent it back without ever setting it up. I'm so glad we gave it a chance. It's beautiful! Looks SO GREAT when set up (and I'm a hard marker!). This picture was taken October 16th, right after setting it up. Hence....no Christmas decor or decorations (and won't be for a while). It was easy to assemble, and worth the extra time to properly 'fluff' to get fullness. Can't wait to see it all dressed up!

    This tree is stunning and breathtaking. It looks exactly as pictured on the WEB site - like you went to a tree farm and selected the one, perfect Christmas tree. It is full and the multiple tips make this tree look extremely lifelike. Being able to go from warm white LED bulbs, to colored LED bulbs and LED warm white & colored bulbs make this tree exceptionally versatile. It went together easily and clear instructions were included. There are no bare spots & you can not see through any section of the tree. It is well worth the money and is a purchase you will not regret. One additional note: after putting up the tree & fluffing all the branches, a total of 5 needles were on the floor - normally there are hundreds upon hundreds of needles on the floor. This just is another fact that proves how well made this tree is.

    Since we bought this in the summer and it was a really hot day, we had to open it up to make sure everything was correct -- and it was! A little Christmas in July preview. Looks great!

    Ordered this after Christmas came quickly . Packaged well. Opened one box to see quality was blown away at how realistic it felt and looked. Cannot wait to put it up this coming Holiday season.

    The tree is really beautiful. I just don't like the plastic feel. So, I will buy another one with the"real"feel.
