We ordered this tree to replace our old one. Many of the lights on our old tree were out and after 3 years of dealing with that, we threw it away! When our new tree arrived, we assembled it in the basement. OMG Super easy! I love how each trunk plugs into one another. The ends of the branches are plastic but look very nice. The insides of the branches are the standard small needles but not a deal breaker. Once the tree is decorated, it's going to be gorgeous.

We purchased our first tree 6 years ago and have enjoyed it each year. This past Christmas, a string of lights went out. We tried replacing bulbs and fuses to no avail. Customer service folks were very kind and tried to help. However, in the end, we could not resolve the problem and decided to replace the tree. Again, Balsam Hill was very helpful in helping us complete our purchase. The new tree arrived right after the holidays. We tested the lights and all worked. So, now the tree is in storage and ready for next Christmas. We kept the old storage bags so that each section of the tree has its own bag - no more trying to squeeze the fluffed sections into one bag. I think that is how we broke wires etc. Each section should have its own bag for storage.

We have always used a live Christmas tree. Usually we would find that "perfect" tree once in a Blue Moon. I have been hesitant to use an artificial tree. However, it has been frustrating not always having a nice live tree. We just bought the BH 8' most realistic and have now assembled it. This BH tree outshines any live tree. I can not tell this tree from a live one. We will now have that "perfect" tree each Christmas from now on.
